Jacksonville · Landscaping & pool only

Someone in your service area just searched for you — and called someone else.

I build websites and run the Google presence for landscapers and pool companies in Duval County. Then I keep the whole thing working every month, because a site nobody maintains quietly stops earning by year two.

Built for one county, not fifty states You own the site Month to month after year one

The difference

What changes when someone actually looks after it

Not a promise about your revenue — I can’t know that yet. This is the difference in the thing I can control: what a homeowner finds in the nine seconds before they pick a company.

Most contractor sites today

  • ×Built once years ago, by a nephew or a template company, and never opened since
  • ×Takes six seconds to load on cell data. Most people are gone by three
  • ×Phone number is text you have to copy and paste into your dialer
  • ×Stock photos of a lawn in Ohio. None of your actual work
  • ×Google listing has 2019 hours, no photos, reviews nobody replied to
  • ×Contact form broke eight months ago and failed silently

After a build and a care plan

  • ✓Checked every month, edits made the same week you ask
  • ✓Loads in about a second on a phone, on cell data, in a driveway
  • ✓One tap to call you from the header and a fixed bar on mobile
  • ✓Your own jobs, your own photos, with the materials listed
  • ✓Listing kept current, fresh job photos monthly, every review answered
  • ✓Forms tested every month, because that failure costs you real money

What I do

Three things, sold together

They only work as a set. A great site with a dead Google listing still doesn’t ring. A great listing pointing at a broken site doesn’t either.

Website design & build

A fast, mobile-first site built around the one thing that matters: getting a stranger to call you.

  • Your real photos, your real jobs — no stock imagery
  • Tap-to-call in the header and a fixed bar on mobile
  • Service-area pages for the neighborhoods you work
  • Loads in about a second on a phone on cell data

Local SEO

Getting you into the map pack for the searches that end in a phone call, not the ones that end in a blog post.

  • Titles and headings written for “near me” searches
  • Name, address and phone consistent across directories
  • A page per service and per neighborhood you serve
  • Search Console connected so we see what works

Google Business Profile

The listing is where most of your calls start. Most contractors set it up once and never open it again.

  • Hours, service area and services kept accurate
  • Fresh job photos posted every month
  • Every review answered — including the bad one
  • A system for asking happy customers to leave one

See it working

A demo you can actually use

I don’t have a portfolio of forty logos, and I’m not going to pretend otherwise. What I have is this — a working demo built for a made-up landscaping company, so you can see how one of my sites behaves before you spend anything.

A landscaping site shown on a phone: a draggable before-and-after slider across a backyard, above the headline ‘Your backyard is the last room of the house.’

Demo build · fictional company

Drag the slider and watch the yard change

The before-and-after slider at the top is the whole pitch for a landscaper, and almost no contractor site has one. A homeowner drags it, sees the transformation, and calls. That’s the entire job of the page.

  • Interactive before / after on the first screen
  • Tap-to-call in the header and a fixed bar on mobile
  • Loads in about a second on cell data
  • Built to be read one-handed, outdoors, in sunlight

Marchetti Landscape Co. isn’t real — the name, number and county are invented so nothing here belongs to anyone else. Sites I’ve built for real Jacksonville and coastal Georgia companies go up here as those owners approve them.

ROI calculator

Run it on your numbers, not mine

Every figure below starts on a rough industry default. Change them to what you actually charge and actually close — the math updates as you drag. If the answer doesn’t work at your numbers, I’d rather you find that out here than after you’ve paid me.

$250

Recurring maintenance, averaged. Skip one-off installs here.

50%

Gross margin. On a $250 pool route at 50%, you keep $125. This is the number most calculators quietly leave out.

18 mo

Your honest average, not your best customer.

40%

Out of ten people who call for a quote, how many sign?

4

Be skeptical. Set it to the number you’d bet money on.

The result

What you actually end up with

Three tiers, and I keep them apart on purpose. Most of this industry blends them together and calls the whole thing a guarantee — which is how you end up paying for a promise nobody intended to keep.

Certain

This part is entirely on me

  • A site that loads in about a second on cell data, not on your office wifi
  • Your phone number in the header, one tap to dial, and a call bar that follows people down the page
  • Every link goes somewhere. I test the contact route every month and tell you it passed
  • Your city in the page title and your neighborhoods on their own pages
  • Your own job photos. No stock lawns, no stock pools, no stock trucks
  • And it still works in nine months — because somebody is looking

If any of this isn’t true, that’s on me and I fix it.

Likely

I influence it. I don’t control it

  • You turn up more often in “near me” searches — most of your competitors don’t name a single neighborhood anywhere on their site
  • Your Google listing stops being a dead pin: hours right, services listed, new job photos monthly, every review answered
  • More of the people who do find you actually call, because there’s finally something to tap
  • All of it measured, not asserted — the real searches, impressions and position, in a report you get every month

Watch the numbers for three months. If they’re flat, you’ll know before I tell you.

Unknown

And I’ll say so out loud

  • How many extra calls you get
  • What those calls turn out to be worth
  • Whether you rank first for anything
  • Nobody can know these, and anyone quoting you a number for them is quoting you a feeling

It’s why the calculator above runs on your figures instead of mine, reports gross profit rather than revenue, and will happily tell you this loses you money.

And this is what you keep, whatever happens

The result of hiring me shouldn’t depend on staying with me. Ask any other web company these four things and watch how long the answer gets.

The domainRegistered in your name, on your card. Not mine.
The site itselfYou cancel, I export the files and hand them over.
Your Google listingYou stay the owner. I take manager access and give it back.
Your money, afterNothing billed once you cancel. No hosting fee, no auto-renew.

Pricing

Two parts, and the second one is the point

The build is what people see. The plan is what keeps it alive. Priced so the monthly is small enough that one recovered customer covers it.

Above the soil line — the build, once

Build with a care plan

$1,200

Half up front, half when it goes live. Requires twelve months on Growth or Full. This is what almost everyone takes, because the discount is roughly four months of Growth.

Build on its own

$2,500

No commitment. You get the site, you own it, and you’re responsible for it from launch day. Add Essentials at $129 if you’d rather it were looked after. Some people want it this way. I’d rather you didn’t.

Then, every month

Below the soil line — the care plan

Essentials

$129/month

Upkeep only, no marketing work. Right if you have steady word-of-mouth and genuinely only need the site kept alive.

  • Hosting, SSL and daily backups
  • Uptime monitoring — I find out before you do
  • Contact form tested every month
  • Domain renewal tracked 30 days ahead
  • Two small content changes a month
  • A one-page monthly email: calls, clicks, searches

No Google Business Profile work at this tier.

Start with Essentials

Growth

$299/month

For a company that wants the phone to ring more than it does now. This is the one I recommend, and the only tier where I’m actively working to bring you calls rather than just keeping the lights on.

  • Everything in Essentials, plus all the Google work:
  • Google Business Profile kept accurate
  • Four new job photos posted there every month
  • Two Google posts a month — jobs, seasonal offers
  • Review requests sent to happy customers
  • Every review answered, good and bad
  • Local SEO worked on monthly, not set once
  • An hour of changes a month, and a quarterly call
Start with Growth

Full

$499/month

For a company running crews and trying to take share off a named competitor.

  • Everything in Growth, plus:
  • Three hours of changes a month
  • A new service or neighborhood page every quarter
  • Monthly gallery updates from photos you text me
  • Review responses within 24 hours
  • Competitor check twice a year
  • Same-day response on anything urgent
Start with Full

Twelve months, then month-to-month — cancel any time after that with 30 days’ notice. You own the site and the domain either way, and if you leave I hand you the files.

How it works

I build it first. Then you decide.

Most agencies want a discovery call, a proposal and a signature before you see anything. I’d rather just show you the thing. If it isn’t better than what you have, you’ve lost a coffee’s worth of time and I’ve lost a weekend. That’s a fair trade.

01

I build you a real one

Using your own job photos and your own reviews. Not a template with your logo dropped in. No charge, no obligation, and you see it before we’ve talked money.

02

I show you both

Yours as it is today, on my phone, next to the new one. Plus your current load-speed score. You’ll know inside a minute whether this is worth continuing.

03

We fix what I got wrong

I’ll have details wrong — a plant name, a service you dropped, a neighborhood you don’t cover. You tell me, I fix it, and then it goes live on your domain.

04

I keep it alive

Photos posted, reviews answered, edits made, uptime watched. The part everyone skips is the part that compounds.

Straight answers

Things people ask before they say yes

Do I own the site?

Yes. You own the domain and the site files. If you cancel, I export everything and hand it over. I don’t hold a site hostage to keep a subscription.

What if I already have a website?

Then we start by finding out whether it’s slow, whether it works on a phone, and whether Google can read it. Sometimes the answer is a month of repair, not a rebuild. I’ll tell you if that’s the case.

How long does the build take?

Two to three weeks from the day you send me photos. The photos are the bottleneck, not the code — and the photos are what make the site work.

Do I have to write anything?

No. I write it and you correct it. You’ll spend maybe an hour total, mostly telling me which plants are which and which jobs you’re proudest of.

Can you guarantee I’ll rank first?

No, and anyone who does is lying to you. What I can do is get the fundamentals right and show you monthly whether it’s moving. The calculator above is deliberately conservative for the same reason.

Why only landscaping and pools?

Because knowing one trade well beats knowing ten badly. I know what a landscape designer needs on a project page that a mowing outfit doesn’t, and I know pool service sells on route reliability. That takes focus.

Let me build you one and you can tell me it’s no good.

Send me your company name and I’ll put a real site together from your own photos. If you like it, we talk. If you don’t, you’ve lost nothing.
